Thales seeks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for everyone

Fully aware of the impact of the working environment on individuals’ levels of involvement and performance, Thales has developed an active policy concerning employees’ health and safety.

The Group's code of ethics clearly stipulates that Thales seeks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for everyone.
This willingness is shown by the creation of processes that, more often than not, go beyond the simple application of the law.

A guide to controlling risks and ensuring safety

To guarantee safety in the workplace is a major preoccupation for Thales. It is this spirit that has led the Group to put in place a specific guide to deal with safety issues. This guide brings together the information and procedures that enable us to detect, measure and reduce the risks applicable to the group and also to handle the resulting effects.

Several directives have thus been drawn up with regard to the conception and production of products.

As an international Group, Thales has also developed "Safety whilst travelling abroad" directives, which indicate the safety rules and procedures relative to business trips abroad.
In the same way, a specific policy is implemented by the Group in the countries considered to pose a risk, in order to ensure the safety of employees working abroad.
