Revenues for 2002 and 2003 are reported according to French accounting standards. The figures since 2004 are reported according to IFRS standards.

Consolidated staff figures include all employees of fully consolidated companies and prorated figures for companies carried under the proportionate method (53,367 at end-2005 for the whole Group). This does not include staff working for companies carried under the equity method or for non-consolidated companies.

A total of 56,847 people were working under Group management at the end of December 2006 (57,810 at end-2005). This figure is higher than the consolidated workforce because it includes all employees of joint ventures and of companies that are controlled but not consolidated for reasons related to consolidation criteria.
