TH 1506A: 500 kW at 118 GHz
The TH 1506A is a state-of-the-art gyroton oscillator which features: built-in mode converter which directly delivers a HE11 mode, cryogenic window, highly efficient internal cooling and improved pumping. This tube is dedicated to ECRH applications; it prefigures the design of tubes that will be used on the first operational thermonuclear fusion facilities.
